Physically Distancing Fashionably: Summer Fashion Inspiration!

My continued well wishes to you and your loved ones as the world continues to navigate these times.

Happy new month! Can you believe we are in August already? We sure are. With that said, for those of us in the northern hemisphere, it signals the final countdown to those hot days semi-cool nights of what we call summer. 🙂

Until we have alleviated this virus in its totality, our social interactions and activities are not the same. I know it’s hard to wrap our heads around that but unfortunately it’s just the reality of what we are in NOW. Not final! Just a time to endure and work through for the safety of not just ourselves but those we love. :).

Physically Distancing Fashionably! PDF!! During this time when most summer activities that we anticipated did not have their usual run, I wanted to inspire you visually with some of the summer wardrobe pieces that I have created this year that can be perfect for those final activities of summer or your next vacation. You can distance fashionably still! 🙂 Here are some one-of-a-kind custom pieces that are either available in shop at SHOP AMSHINA or can be customized using available material in my fabric stash. 🙂 With each piece, I share scenarios and occasions that these pieces would have been perfect for under normal conditions. The envisioned festival, concert, wedding, party etc. is now something much different, but we can still look the part!

Strapless Romper Dress – I think this is an ideal festival dress. Can you see yourself attending a summer festival in this piece? Feeling chilled with the strapless look but can easily go from the festival to a party or throw a jacket over to head to the office. Flats or heels can change this look in an instant.

The Kimono – This is that lightweight outer wear that can be thrown over just about anything to give you a cool chic look or dressed up for something more fancy!
